TM says: All we wanted in a mechanic is honesty & trustworthiness, impeccable work without any troubling follow-up and reasonable pricing with no additional hidden fees. We got that here! Completed work on my 2013 Nissan Altima that had been recently damaged in an accident. Insurance company refused to repair but AP&BS was able to accommodate us without hesitation.
Initially called to inquire about their service and the young lady on the phone assured me they could work on automobiles deemed “salvaged” by insurance companies. Submitted pictures online but had to call to follow up.
Once I connected with the shop again (Felipe) , the process was rather smooth.
The work itself was impressive. Car looks brand new and every detail was thought of and included in the work. The price was reasonable and identical to what we received as an initial claim. Had we received progress updates throughout it would have far exceeded expectations. Nevertheless, I highly recommend Alex Paint & Body Shop. Prayerfully, we would not require their collision service again but if ever in need, we have definitely found our shop.

BH says: Z was awesome. Needed to secure a bumper on our teen's car as affordably as possible (Wanted to avoid replacing the bumper although we were able to see pricing for both options--helpful!). They secured the bumper for a very reasonable price and it even looks great! Friendly customer service. Highly recommend.
